Tungsten Carbide TC

Tungsten Carbide is one of the hardest material among all known ceramics (HRC about 90 units)  — by hardness compared with adamant. Besides it, Tungsten Carbide is distinguished by its high melting temperature, durability, and good oxidation stability. We use Tungsten Carbide together with cobalt and nickel.

  1. Tungsten Carbide with cobalt bond (U1is used in medium of a lot number of abrasive particles content, and also under the high pressure and temperature conditions (dissolved even in distilled water), and also for the nuclear engineering. 
  2. Tungsten carbide with nickel bond (U2) is used in concentrated alkali solutions, including artesian, industrial and stock water, and also in food industry.
